Like it says on the tin, the description needs an update. Here is a screencap of the PDX stream showing the description for Bulwark.
"PASSIVE: Gain GUARDED (50% damage reduction against ranged attacks to the front and side) when remaining stationary."
Doesn't mention that it also grants 50% Entrenched as seen here:

Here we see the same description in Cohh's build and the SHD gets the Guarded + Entrenched pop-ups when Bulwark activates. Beta and manual had the same problem.
