The only reason cav is more effective at burning TP is because they get there faster than infantry. Faster is better, at least thats what i tell the girls

Oh, just a little massacre in 1623 when the Dutch put to death ten English, ten Japanese, and one Portuguese traders. Apparently the local governor for that area of the East Indies believed they were plotting to kill him, tortured them into confessing and.............

We're not allowed to simply shoot them?

Perhaps you should have an option to expel rather than simply destroy, one that incurs a much lower diplomatic penalty but has a chance of giving the expelled nation an extra colonist.
