My problem is the following, I have the game on both Epic Game and Steam, but a while ago it happened that some game options disappeared, such as "customize nation" and "new random world" and several options involving ships, such as the option to send a ship to explore, the button disappeared, the option disappeared, I've done everything, I've even formatted the PC, I don't know what else to do, please someone help me
