Please define what you are looking for in an historically correct mod, WITHIN the confines of the forum rules.
Also remember that the scripting language limits all modders to what actually can be included.

another thing that gits me mad is the african americans giting money from gove cuss ther garat grate gand pa was a salve! give it uo man! it was over 100 years aog and we dint do it thay did! holding a grudge aginst shuch a dumb thing just sepreats the races even more! give old grudges up and work together not fighting over the past but working together for a beater futer! do i not have a point??

I think the C.O.R.E. mod is regarded as pretty accurate historically. Still it has alternative outcomes, which is intended.
If your goal is e.g. to see China win you could also check The HoI Hacking Haven by Havard and find out how to mod these things to your liking

Hey facism and communism is not that diffrent:
1. they both prosecuted jews.
2. they both like secret polices KGB,Gestapo.
3. They both are totaliterian(sp?)
4. Both sports concentration camps.
5. They like to go to war alot.
