Cable gaming group to form

I live in the central USA (central time zone). I would like to get a group together of which all have high band-width connections (256k cable at least). I am looking for 5-7 people who can fill the following spaces: England, Spain, France, Ottomans, Russia, Austria, and Poland. I like to play later at night.

I have played several multiplayer games and have noticed the game can be very unstable, so patience IS A MUST. I am looking for reliable people who are mature and will finish what they start.
