After some days it is obvious that the game have a lot of bugs, lack of a lot of features and have also a lot of bad design decissions.

Are you going to tweak some game mechanics like the ladders, the useless design of dungeons, the grinder micromanagement like feeding or only fix the bugs?

If you are going to fix the game and not only the bugs I can wait to play it again, if not, I will try it again. It will be great to know what are your plans towards the game.

Fix the gameplay?
Fix only the bugs?
Fix some bugs and then work in DLC?
Fix some bugs and then forget the game to start working in a new project?

I'm sorry but you cannot possibly be serious atm.. the game has been out for a grand total of 5 days and you're making this post? Entitlement is getting worse these days

As it may not be completly polite, it is quite serious and proper question to ask. You may see, a lot of games were abandoned. A lot of games are released not completly finished. The question about is if business strategy is: "release more products" because sales were good enough or "polish game and profit from DLC" so one product would make more sales in long-term.

From what I see, Impire looks like realy expandable game. Lot of mission twist LOOKS like there HAS TO BE choice (eg. the undead queen and her question)-> undead campaign. New units so you could customize your "faction" etc. But... a lot of games were released in sim. way and never expanded ever after. With various reasons. And with WarZ and Aliens released...

It's not entitlement. We're just sad to see the game didn't live up to expectations created by the devs themselves within their demonstration videos. Sort of reminds of the more current Aliens: Colonial Marines, which has much of the same issues.

MrKersh is asking a fair question considering the game has definate signs of being incomplete with questionable design decisions. Some companies rather abandon the game and focus on produceing another game entirely rather then fix their mistakes as Colombo said. So questioning the game's developers now about their intentions seems fair considering gameing history for similarly incomplete games. I was hopeing for something similar to Dungeon Keeper or Master of the Monster Lair but im pleased Impire isn't like Dungeons at least. The Rock, Paper, Shotgun review was a bit harsh but fair although most of Impire's problems feels like they could be fixed while more campaigns and factions are released. However its a small development team and it takes awhile for them to fix problems and Impire does have quite a few at the moment so we return to MrKersh's question although not polite it is very valid.
