Camera Movement

How do I completely turn off the dynamic camera stuff? I don't mind it centering on the unit that is active, but I dont want it zooming in and out and rotating all over the place on its own. If this were the tabletop and I were to move around like this camera does I am sure my fellow players would have personal space issues. I already turned off ALL the automatic camera options and it still does it.

I could be mistaken, but this topic has come up before and what remains after you’ve “turned off the automatic camera options” is pretty much baked in and permanent.

And I’ve not heard of any Mods that change this.
