Is it possible to go down lower to sea level or pan the camera up or down when viewing the ships?

Use the mouse wheel to change both height and tilt of camera. Use U and I keys to change height, S and W to change tilt.

Thanks... I actually meant the vertical pan by looking up or down but staying the same hight...
