As the king of Finland / prince of Novgorod, I have a collection of princely titles that apparently I can create, but.. they're simply not click-able. I have the necessary gold as well. Am I simply unable to create 'Prince' titles as King? ( I don't remember, hrrmm...)
EDIT: Ah. Nevermind, I was playing with a playable-Pagan modification. Working fine now after getting rid of it.
