Just got a new windows 11 laptop. Logged into steam and redownloaded and installed EU4. When I launch steam and click play I get an error saying paradox launcher not a valid Win32 application. Then when it goes to configure the version 2 launcher I get another error message: MSIB632.tmp is not a valid Win32 application. Then the launcher wizard just freezes. Spent a lot of money on this game, can anyone please help?
