Can I command any country?

I want to know if I can play EU with a nation outside the major powers. Can I play, for example, the grand campaign secnario with papal states?

I'm from Brazil, it's very difficult to find information abou EU here. Tks!

Yes, you can. Easiest way to do it is to use Improved Grand Campaign (IGC), a user-created mod. It comes with a nice tool to change contries.

You can download it from EU Ascendant

Unzip it to your EU directory, run patch.exe and then igcconfig.exe and choose the country you want to play. Then launch EU and enjoy

The easiest way to enable all countries is to download the IGC from http://www.ludd.luth.se/~doomdark/EU/ and install it.

Otherwise u have to edit the .eug file and replace a major's tag with one u want instead.
