Can i create new religions?

I would add new religions by event, as catharism or bogomilism, instead of put a heretic tag.
It is possible to add religions to Catholicism, Paganism, etc.
How can i make this?

It is not possible to add religions to the game.

However, you could change Jewish and use it to represent one of the two. It just has two provs at the start of the 1066 campaign.

But you won't be able to play them unmodded and you will be a religious enemy to all other religions (so no marriages and so on with other courts).
