I expect playing a race with "religious" traits will give you access to unique Casus Belis or something. Just like it does in regular PDS games.
No incest without a casus beli. You must have proper cause to marry your sister. Over marrying siblings will raise your bad boy points that will lead to increased negative genetic mutations for the offspring and other empires being generally creeped out by you.

1). Get casus belli.
2). Have incest.
3). Congratulations, you have won the game.
The devs have commented that they aren't going to touch this thread, so in essence there is not much to talk about.
