You can change the language but not the version by changing the text.csv file, the english one is downloadable from Paradox download page. Change to other text.csv file than your original or the english one is not alowed.

Is the danish version realy in danish?
I didn't think, they would bother to translate it, because we're only 5 mio. danes. Pretty cool that they did it, though.

BTW, I have the US version, that's why I didn't know.
