Description​

In Khans of the Steppe, if another realm declares a war of expansion over a tributary of yours you can be blindsided by losing your top level title in a one sided war you have no opportunity to take part in.

Steps to reproduce​

Form a Kingdom or Empire that qualifies for another realm to wage a war of expansion against.
Have opposing realm wage the war of expansion on tributary.
Have opposing realm win war against tributary. (Suzerain cannot join without being allied)
Watch suzerain who is not part of the war lose top level title to opposing realm.

This is really really really unfun, I'm basically playing and handling my kingdom/empire competently and then suddenly my kingdom is just simply gone after a smaller realm wins a 2-5 county war against some meaningless tributary.
