Can no longer issue orders V1.1

Technical Problem

I have a technical problem that I need your help with please.

Game Version & Patch (incl. publisher): Panvision 1.1 (or whichever one came from the e-shop)

OS & build/SP: WinXp dunno what it is

Computer, CPU & speed: Pentium III 866

RAM: 256mb

Free HDD space: 8.1gb

Video (brand, model, driver, memory): Dunno but its a 32meg one I think

Sound (brand, model, driver): no idea

DirectX Version: whatever is newest 9.1 or something

I read the stickies but I still have the following problem:

Yah I couldnt find reference to this problem anywhere else. Playing a GC as Germany and its now mid 1941 and during my invasion of SU I noticed that I could no longer get any of my divisions to more or carry out any instructions.

For example the attack order works as normal with the popup asking for attack times, day night etc I can click ok and then nothing, the unit sits there with no mission as if I had never instructed them. No units work, naval, air or land divs will take orders. I have full supply, oil etc they are not isolated from supply depots, have full organisation and strength have a commander of the correct rank yet they will not move! I can re-organise units around into different corps but the new re-organised units still wont move. I cant even disband!

Yet technology screen works, trade and diplomacy function as normal???

I loaded up a new game and could issue orders as normal. Pls tell me my save isnt corrupted cos I spent weeks on this game :(

There should be two autosaves, an autosaveOld, is that one working?

One question pops to mind. Is the game clock still advancing? If not, then that's your explanation. If it is advancing, then something really odd is going on.

Either way, if you have a save game of this situation, and reloading from the save game reproduces the problem, please submit it as per forum instructions as a bug report.

Bumble Bee, any luck?

Yeah the autosave was fine, I played with it till 1942 without any problems. Thanks Castellon! :)

But yeah the game clock was still moving, the troops just wasnt taking orders anymore.
