Can no longer manualy plot travel route via coastal/sea?

Description​

Hey, I'm not sure if this a bug or just part of the update but I can no longer manually plot my activity route using coastal/sea :

In prior patch you can just click on any body of water and it will just be add into your route just fine (the same way as how you add-in any counties) but now the sea and coastal are just become unclickable in the activity planing window : /

I normally like to go around the British island in boat rather than risk dangerous land travel, now it's no longer and option : (

Steps to reproduce​

Just start game as any character and try to use activity planing mechanic.
