Can not destroy vassal and junior partner castles and churchs pop up window not working it disappears quickly

Steps to reproduce​

I'm trying to destory a castle and a church that Norway has built, but I can't because when i trying to right click to destroy the castle or the church pop up window disappears quickly it was promised you could destroy your subjects bulidings in 1.36 but it not working the pop up window just quickly disappears

Hello there! The present is a design choice and not a bug. The player can only destroy the buildings, which they built themselves in their subject's provinces. If you have any questions about it, don't hesitate to ask about it on the main forum for the game.
However the issue with a disappearing pop-up certainly is a bug, thank you for bringing it to our attention. With your help, we have now confirmed the issue and added it to our database!
