We can invade North America very easily like the pictures.
AI players are idiot which cannot defend their homeland and just send troop overseas.
How about activate some fixed garrisons in Greenland, Northeastern Canada, Newfoundland when UK, iceland are fallen for eastern invasion.
And activate some fixed garrisons in USW, Hawaii when midway island is fallen?
Prevent human player invading America so easily!

Well, even if we place a single garrison in every province, it could be easily overcome by a human player.

The thing to do would be a homeland_defense AI for USA and Canada. Very hard to test in hands-off conditions since it never happens in an AI on AI encounter.

As we are making major changes to the AI, there may be a chance of doing something there.

I think 3~6 garrisons in islands with some coastal forts is enough to defend normal amphibious attack.
And set high priorities for AI garrison location to Northern American coast.
Their invading AI should be limited so they can defend homeland with enough troops.
But Newfoundland such weak puppet never send troops to Labrador province, leave a good landing coast to invader.

We might question Newfoundland´s right of existence anyway - they voluntarily gave up independence at the time and were de-facto a directly administered part of the United Kindgom. I am not a big fan of these mini-nations. They invariably fall back in research, don´t produce troops of their own and due to shortcomings of the engine are not garrisoned by their more powerful neighbours.

Maybe Newfoundland should be part of Canada in case of UK losing control of Great Britain.
AI will send troops to Labrador and Newfoundland.

An easy solution - and a proper one - is to eliminate a couple of beaches. Labrador should not be a place to conduct a major invasion. So just removing the Labrador and Baffin Island beaches helps solve some problems.

I´ll raise this in the dev forum at Terranova.

FYI, the beach in Labrador has been eliminated for the next version of CORE. We are discussing the viability of New Foundland in general. The historically correct choice would be to make it part of the UK.

Sounds good to me. Might consider doing the same with Malaysia too.

AFAIK Singapore was captured by Japaneese by attack from landside. So the landings were performed in malaysia and then Singapore was attacked.
About half of the landings were in southern Thailand. Apart from that you're spot on. :)
