Can we put things we don't like on spaceships and drive them into the sun?

Eh, I'm a little disappointed with the optimization in the last patch as well, but shooting Groogy into the sun seems a bit harsh.

Or was this MrNibbles possibly banned tactic for the in-house MP game? In which case I feel compelled to warn, that while IANAL, most legal codes frown on incinerating coworkers.

If nothing else, can we at least use it as a formal execution method?

Eventually after enough people died on the sun, the souls will form a new entity and a new race of sentient emblazed beings will surface and takeover the sun?

... Who said you put an Admiral on the ship? I'm sure a Ship without an Admiral could easily fly in a Straight line.

If you're going STL, then you don't really need to go in a straight line, more of a spiral curving inward. Basically, just point perpendicular to the sun, and slow yourself down. Gravity takes care of the rest, and you'll gently be pulled in.
