Canceling Agreements

I accidentally gave Brazil 51mil a day continuously and can't seem to cancel the agreement even if I DoW on them they still receive my money. So is there a way to cancel this with out having to restart my game?

I accidentally gave Brazil 51mil a day continuously and can't seem to cancel the agreement even if I DoW on them they still receive my money. So is there a way to cancel this with out having to restart my game?

I believe this will be fixed in a coming update. So, yes, you need to start over, load a previous save, etc. Sorry.
