Cannot choose accolade successor even if he fits all criteria

Cannot choose accolade successor even if he fits all criteria

Description​

Steps to reproduce​

1. open attached save file
2. go to military and open faris and accolades
3. open accolade "The faris of Wroth"
4. open successor window
5. see that there is no available option
6. Requirement is prowess above 8, and 100 experience in blademaster, and no higher title than baron
7. I have several faris that should qualify. See for example Udayavarman Shukla, I have attached screenshot of his details
8. He has 100 experience as blademaster, unlanded, and has prowess of 32.

(Also, i used button to find worthy successor and it worked. The one I got from that is current successor, Faraj Laridid. I dont see any relevant difference between them)
I belive this worked yesterday so error might have been introduced by todays 1.9.2 patch
