Cannot colonize any ruins...

im playing as The Rogue Prince and i just got the title of Emperor of New Valyria and was hoping to may Ny Sar (in the Rhoyne region) my new capital after i colonized it but i cant even declare war on it... any help would be greatly appreciated.

I apologize. I read the changes just couldn't figure out how to colonize. Again my apologies.

had problems too in figuring it out, was more natural just to declare war. but once you get used to it.
It is more Handy the clicking on the shield to colonise.

Just a bit annoying issue to find but it Works fine once people found it.

What if we don't have that option? I right click on the shield and the only option is the generic "usurp title" one.
