Cannot plan an event as 'currently planning for liege's tour'

Description​

I was playing as the King of France. My brother was a duke in my realm. After having died during said tour, I am now playing as my brother and am now blocked from planning any events because it says "You are currently busy planning for liege's tour"

Steps to reproduce​

Play as ruler with heir-vassal
Plan a grand tour including stop to heir-vassal's court
Die during tour

Expected result
Upon succession, heir can organise activities

Actual result
Upon succession, heir cannot organise activities, instead gets error saying "You are currently busy planning for liege's tour"
