Cannot post in unreleased game forums?

I know I cannot post in forums when I haven't registered the game but what are the conditions for the forums about games who haven't been released yet?
I can post is some of them like for example Sengoku or PotBC but the Salem and Gettysburg ones refuse to let me talk.
Did I missed something?
