Cannot register EU3 Chronicles

Hi I purchased the game though Impulse and the serial number I received isn't working... it is a series of 5 numbers and the registration page only allows 4 numbers.

Are you talking about registering it here, or within the installer or game, or on the Impulse website? Because when I look at the EU3:Chronicles registration area here it has 6 fields, not 4.

The code that I have from stardock sales is in this format XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX and when I try to enter the numbers in to the field boxes in the Paradox website you linked to I can only enter 4 at a time. I run into the same problem when I try to register the game through the Impulse installer.

You should have the proper 4x6 code either somewhere in Impulse or in an e-mail from when you bought the game. If not, please contact Impulse support.
