Cannot update mod (error number: 9)

Hi,
i want to release an update for my mod but when i click upload in the mod tools it fails.

In the error.log i find the following error message:
[13:23:46][pdx_ugc_steam.cpp:406]: SUGCContentItem::OnSubmitItem failed with error number: 9

I've tried to create a new mod with the same files, this does work.

Is there anyone who can help me?

This issue is solved.

I contacted paradox and they told me this is a steam issue.

If someone gets the same error, just look into the steam workshop_log.txt file.
