Can't access patch 2.8.3

So I need the a 2.8.3. patch for my current After Action Report, since it's on an mod that is now old (pre-Holy Fury). The problem is that since "the Great Work" patch (3.1) I can't find any it in the patches on steam. here are my options:

No 2.8.3 patch anywhere. Jump from 2.8.2 to 3.0.1. I tried 2.8.2 patch, but the game crash. My thought was to go pick the 2.8.2 version of the mod, but they reworked the map since. So now I can't update or degrade, and I can't play on the right patch for the mod. I've been working on my AAR since October and I really don't want to have to drop all that work I put into it. Is there any way to switch to 2.8.3?

For infos, my mod in question is the 1.7.1 version of the Game of Throne Mod, and the AAR is my Dragon Kin AAR.

Apparently they have a new code for Betas.
So go to https://accounts.paradoxplaza.com/games and copy and paste the code there into your Betas code box in Steam CK2.
2.8.3.4 will reappear. I already tried it.
