I have an internet connection, activation code and a computer that more than meets the minimum requirements but after installing game and entering my code (correctly and attempted many times), all I get is a window pop up telling me that there is a problem activating the game. The code allowed me to register it on paradox but I can't activate. I'd appreciate a solution, so thanks.

If they don't send you anything related to EIC it means you entered a wrong e-mail first time you registered and need to file a ticked with Stardock support here: http://esupport.stardock.com/

It doesn't take them long to fix it.

it didn't work. all i got back from the stardock deal was the email wasn't found in their records...i don't remember ever entering it but whatever.
i tried the game again, i entered my email and the cd key that came with the game that i bought in the store. i uninstalled and tried reenstalling and got back a box about a parsing error and that the email doesn't match the activation code. thats bunk since it is my email and the code on the back of the book in the cd case. btw, i registered on the paradox site and entered the key in the "my games" link and it took it...probably doesn't matter though for that. anyway the game still won't work of course but thanks for the help...any other suggestions?
 
E-mail Stardock with the problem. It seems to be their database that is the cause. See also :
