Cant anexx riga with teutonic order, game crashes

Description​

In a war against poland, Riga Joined in their side. I defeated them and want to end the war separately. But whenever i want to annex them i cant.

Steps to reproduce​

Start as teutonic order. Wait if poland allies with riga. Make livonian order your vassal through mission. Declare the war with the permanent claims gained by missions. Defeat riga, Give province control to livonian order. Try to anexx Riga. Game crashes.
