Active Dlc: utopia, plantoid species pack, leviathans story pack (got expansion pack 1)
Despite having the isolated contingency core relic, I can't build another megastructure of each type. Happens with both the sentry hub and science nexus, and I have the ambition active that allows for 2 megastructures to be built at once so that's not the issue (the ambition works just fine).
Tried reloading the game, then reinstalling and both didn't work.
