Can't change an email address on paradoxplaza account

When i try to change an email, I keep getting this error. I tripple checked if i had made any typo or mistake, but nothing changed.

Here's an even stranger question:

I updated my credentials over a year ago, not using your provided link, but on the website you directed to.

After a break, I returned and checked my account settings here on forum.paradoxplaza, only to find that my old email is still displayed. Additionally, I couldn't find any option to change my email and/or username/nickname.

I'm confused by this situation. It seems that I have one account, but it's associated with two separate website platforms: one for managing the account and another for the forum. Can you clarify what I might be missing?
