Can't connect to multiplayer game.

For some reason whenever me or a friend of mine host a game NOBODY can join, as if we are behind a firewall. We direct connected to our modems, disabled all firewalls, and hosted. Their is literally no firewall or any simular program even INSTALLED on my computer and it still wont work.

Anyone have any ideas at all!?

Ok, well I thought it was a technical issue so I posted it their. Still though, i tried things in the stickies and really nothing works. None of it applies since I can direct connect it without a router and use no firewalls.

Can Comcast be the problem?
