even though i meet the requirements the game doesnt

let me do anschluss (522k manpower, 83k inf eq) i only have fps map installed.I have tried if it would happen again and again and it did everytime

The minimum infantry equipment must be "in the field". It means that your army in the field (522K) must be equipped with at least 50K infantry equipment (Just as example: if you have an infantry template with 11K manpower and 950 infantry equipment each, you need at least 46 infantry divisions in the field (tot: 506K manpower), but they are not enough to reach the other constraint. Indeed you need at least 53 infantry divisions (tot.: 50350 infantry eq)

The German historical tree was reworked in the free patch, so Anschluss works the same whether or not you have Gotterdamerung
