When I launch my game, the DLC selector won't let me enable the Converter. tt sends me to the store, where it says I already own the item...

Quit, restart and update the game.
Restart the launcher twice, if not working straight after the update.

Yeah, it came back after I removed the dlc30.zip and re-added it... So that's nice.
But the save it generated won't work with EU4 until the new DLC goes live... Not so nice.
