So I just bought the future tech dlc and loaded up my current game save. I started the grant for the Tracker Pilot Scheme and installed all of the items required. Now I'm on the last step, "Assign Tracking Belts to 3 prisoners via intelligence > Tracking Menu". Going to the Tracking Menu on the intelligence menu I can toggle the range on and off but it just says "To be used, this menu requires: - A Doctor - A Health Monitor - A Medical Box - A Tracking Monitor and Router". There is not options to assign anyone tracking belts. Clicking a prisoner doesn't give an option either. I have all of the things listed so I'm rather confused about what to do. Nothing I can find online tells me how to assign the belts. Anyone help??

Anyways my issue was that I had built the health monitor in the security room not the infirmary. Figured it out about 5 minutes after I posted this >.<

Are you running any mods? A few have had this issue and it was due to a mod.
For me the issue was that the box and health monitor need to be next to each other, might help someone.
