Can't find 1.3a

I have been trying to update my copy of HOI2 (not DD) to 1.3a, but none of the download links for the patch seem to work. I tried both links on the Paradox download page, but one didn't have the download available and the other just plain didn't work. There are other links to a direct download from Paradox, but the link redirects to the main page and says the page is unavailable. Does anyone know where I can find the patch?

And by the way: my game is 1.3 and I'm wondering if the 1.3a patch works for 1.3, or if I have to update somehow using another sorce.

Try google search hoi2_v1.3a.exe
The major gaming download sites seem to have it (FilePlanet, GameFront, AusGamers).
Also the TRP mod website has it (http://www.totalrealismproject.com/dload.php?action=file&file_id=34 ).
