I have went through multiple other posts and can never get any of the suggestions to work. I have launched the launcher in admin mode. I have done things such as unsubscribing to all my mods and deleting everything in the documents folder. I have allowed the programs though my antivirus and nothing I tried works. I still cant get any of these mods to show up as enabled in game. The only thing I done differently form most is changed where my user directory is.

Anyone else have any other suggestions about whats going on here?

How have you done that, please?

Do these mods end up in Documents/paradox/CK3/mod/ ?

the mods still go to the documents folder just the save games go to a different drive. You can change where save files go by adding a userdir.txt file in main game directory and telling the save files to go some where else

userdir.txt only affects the game, not the launcher. You change what folder it works with in the Steam-CK3-launcher folder file launcher-settings.json , the line gameDataPath

Thank you however you said thats for linux? Im on windows so this isn't a fix for me. Maybe its doing something similar for windows though i will look into that.

Ok I think I found what was doing it for me I had to change the launcher settings to use same folder as what my userdir, txt file was set to go. thank you Andrew and Bernard.
