Can't get it to work

As soon as i bought this game i poped it into my CD-rom and installed it. It ran fine, but kept crashing. So I downloaded the latest patch 1.07c. Now when i go into the game and says 'EU CD not found'! So i though no problem:

1)Because when I bought Diablo 2, I had the same problem it said 'CD not found' so they gave me a modifed .dll file and said that your CD-Rom was not recognizing the CD (Pineer DVD-ROM: Latest model) so I replaced the new .dll with the old one so i started Diablo 2 and it worked!! .

So I guess that could be the problem but that wasnt the case. I re-installed EU and found patch 1.07 UK and it works but it keeps crashing every 10 minutes!!!

Any suggestions what i should do with this game? Return it?

I guess you have bought the UK version?

We have a new update in the works and we will announce that one within a couple of days. Hopefully that will help you but meanwhile I would recommend you to check what other programs you have running at the same time and shut down the ones not needed when playing EU.
