I have made a park but the park will not show for me to select while building my city. I was told by a YouTube called Biffa that I needed to subscribe to it, so I tried that but loading the game gives an error message about the asset being broken and a duplicate or something?

I deleted the park from my machine and tried that way but it made no difference, it still hasn't appeared in my game.

What am I doing wrong?

You do know the game isn't out yet? And this should probably be taken directly to a dev or TotalyMoo or someone associated with the release of the game.
Hardly anyone else can answer your problem until the game is released.

I am aware the game isn't out yet however this forum is to "A place to discuss game modification and share resources" and I even posted this in the bug part too yesterday but got no response so thought I may have posted it in the wrong place.

I get some kind of 'unfair' feeling lately with all the people playing the game. There are also 'before unknown' twitch streamers who play the game with an audience of below 100. How the hell did they get they get their copy?

The people playing are not necessarily popular twitch or youtube streamers. They also sent out copies to people who have large amounts of experience play testing games. Now that the embargo is over, anybody can stream the game, it's not restricted to youtubers and twitch streamers. These people are probably just testing the game and reporting any unusual bugs or occurrences that they find, and they decided to stream it just for fun because it does not break any rules.

Maybe the name saved for your model?? I've watched a stream where the gamer had this kind of issue because when he saved and named the mod it still had the name of the base model on it. I saw two different areas where the gamer has to name the new model. Before he renamed the new model (in a second spot in the save window where it was still with the base model name), both the new and the base models were unavailable.

It was in this stream but it has over 6 hours of gameplay. :(

I came across a streamer yesterday who had about 10 viewers and all he was doing was silently sitting there playing. Not once did he speak or look at the camera or engage the chat room.
There have been a few people I've seen over the past few days that were just streaming while they were playing for their review article. I think the more streamers the better. I was also told that a lot of these people emailed Paradox in advance asking for review copies. I think it's a great method of advertisement, and clearly works with the Steam ranking.

The PR @ Paradox Plaza.com are very kind people and appreciate their games being reviewed by websites whether they are large sites like IGN or small sites like my own.
Infact, there is a large number of gaming publishers and developers who welcome feedback from many different ways such as Beta tests but press accounts do tend to get some games before release. I for one have received many games before they were officially released, this being one of them and before that I had Dying Light for about 3/4 weeks prior to its UK release date.
