Can't have new primary wife in council if the previous one is imprisoned

Description​

If my original primary wife is arrested, even if I change my primary wife with another I can't see her and use her abilities in the council.

Steps to reproduce​

My primary wife (in a faith that allows secondary wives) gets arrested.
Meanwhile, I got married to other 3 women.
I decided to change the primary spouse with one of these new wives.
I still can't see the new (not imprisoned) wife as a council member.
As soon as my previous primary spouse is released, I am now able to see my "newer" wife in the council.
