Description​

Can't host Melee Contests outside of Europe, with the tooltip not explaining that you need the Chivalry or Chanson the Geste tradition if you're outside of it in order for it to be available

Steps to reproduce​

Melee Contests cannot be held outside of Europe without the Chivalry or Chanson de Geste innovations, requirements which are mentioned nowhere in the game itself, with the only indication of why this is happening being a line in the code requiring you to either be in Europe or having Joust contests available.
