i use the startup menu option to check for updates; i click on 2.2 and as it is installing, an error pops up saying "Deletefile failed; code 5. Access denied"
i have a vista so i didn't know if it was a "not logged on as administrator" kind of problem so i right clicked on everything to see if i could "run as administrator" but that option didn't come up. can anyone explain what to do?
