Can't invite someone to multiplayer game!

We restarted the game and Xbox and cleared cache files but I can't invite another player anymore.

I load the game, then go to mp, invite player. After he accepts I confirm the hot join. Nur now the joining player gets this error: "Failed to join the requested online session. Please try again later."

We used no Passwort and game was hidden in server list. Region Europe.

UPDATE:
After several tries I tried using a password and then he could join. But the usual no Passwort hidden game doesn't work.

And loading takes quite long and is stuck at half loading bar for a while.

Today it's not working with or without password, hidden and visible. I confirm hotjoin, then it shows loading anim and error.

Sometimes loading is stuck at 50% for a while.

Is there a problem with mp servers?

It seems it doesn't like quick resume on Series X. After restarting the game it works most times. But after resting no player can join.
