Cant launch eu4 because error 0xc000007b but victoria 2 had the same issue and runned fine

Some time ago i downloaded victoria 2, i couldnt launch it because of error 0xc000007b but after changing system 32 files finally worked and i could launch it without problems, but now i downloaded eu4 and is showing the same message (and the c++ one when launching it from the launcher) even when victoria 2 runs fine so since it just happens with eu4 i think it MAYBE should be an error related to the program or something, can someone pls help me? thanks
