Long story short, I try to launch victoria3 or eu4 through the my steam library, the button changes from play --> stop ---> play in about A 2 second span. Changing the proton compatibility on steam does nothing, uninstalling and verifying files does absolutely nothing. Launcher won't even pop up or anything.
