Do you have any mods subscribed in Steam? If so please unsubscribe from all of them, then delete the whole folder:
C:\Users\YOUR NAME\AppData\Local\Introversion\Prison Architect\Mods\

I had no mod subscribed but I tried to delete the folder anyway, and I got the same error from the launcher, I tried to re-install it and to verify the files with steam, and it's always the same error

Please try this:
- exit the Steam app completely
- uninstall Paradox Launcher v2 from the Windows "Apps and features" utility, if still present.
Delete the following folders if still present:
- C:/users/<UserName>/AppData/Local/Programs/Paradox Interactive/
- C:/users/<UserName>/AppData/Local/Paradox Interactive/
- C:/users/<UserName>/AppData/Roaming/Paradox Interactive/launcher-v2/
- run steam.exe as the Windows Admin user
- run PA from the Steam PLAY button

I made this and deleted every file, but it still don't works
Something different happened, when I ran it from steam, there was an indication in the top left that said me that an update of the laucher was downloaded and that i needed to restart it, I restarted it but i got the same error than before
To try, I deleted every file again and this time I pressed play on the launcher without restarting it for the update, it closed and nothing happened, and after launching it I still got the error

Maybe the issue is the game not the launcher.
DXDIAG is a program you run from a command prompt or the Windows start menu 'run' dialog box (or 'search programs' in Windows 7 or later). After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.
Please send in the game log C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Local\Introversion\Prison Architect\debug.txt
To see the AppData folder you'll need to enable View Hidden Items in File Explorer.
