Can’t load or start new game at all

Ever since the console update for Xbox on the 8th, I’ve been unable to load any save game, or start a new game without the whole game crashing and returning to home screen. Have tried reinstalling already. Tried uninstalling certain DLCs but nothing helped.

The same goes for me. Can't do anything past menu screen, start new game= black screen and crash. Load game= black screen and crash. Tutorial or creative mode= black screen and crash.

I've reinstalled, made hard reset, even tried from another Xbox console, tried making new game from another profile... nothing helps, game is broken Don't know what happend, was playing yesterday without problems...

Try uninstalling all DLCs including dome sets and the Mysteries resupply pack, it will allow you to create new saves and load those saves but not the saves that requires the DLCs to run (the saves that were created when the DLCs were installed).

Mind me asking if you had a particularly high number of save games? And if any of those saves contained a very extensive amount of domes?

Thanks. I tried that, but still didn’t help. Anytime I go to start a new game, the whole game crashes. It’s like the game is just totally broken, and if it can happen to myself, it can happen to others, as it apparently has done so.

*UPDATE* your suggestion worked the second time I tried it, thanks! But unfortunately it does leave me with an ‘incomplete’ game without the DLCs. Is there anyway to get the DLCs to work again? Or an explanation as to why DLCs cause these kids of problems?
