Can't load the map.

Description​

I was playing Ironman with Prussia, Set to save every mounth (the only mod active was (UPDATED) revenge of the political map mode). After some 1 or 2 years in the playthrough the game started to lag a lot, And it got more and more lag as the days passed, To the point it completely froze for almost a minute the started to run again and froze again. This time was for real and i had to go and hold the power button on my pc to get out the game, Cause it froze my pc along with it.
I managed to load the save file with Prussia again and play for 1 more mounth with the game increasingly lagging, Until i got the perfect timing, The game crashed during the autosave, Corrupting it.
After this i deleted the Prussia save and tried to start a new campaing, but now the game crash every time i try to create a new save.
And some how it got worse, Now the game crash every time the map is about to appear, Either by trying to start a new game or loading an older one. The game will crash on the loading screen before the map.
I got worse, I tried to open the game to see the version to specify here, But now the game is crashing while loading the tile screen. Because of that i will specfiy what says in the laucher on Game version camp below and hope it helps.
I will not upload the save file cause i don't have it anymore. Also there's a strange situation in the laucher, It gives me the option to load the save that i just said i don't have anymore, it doesn't load obviously. Of course i looked at the steam cloud save game folder and it is not there neither in the Paradox documents folder.
I will upload my 3 last logs. they are numbered to identify which are linked and also to know their order, 3 being the last time i tried to open the game (i tried to make a .zip but the site didn't upload my report).

Steps to reproduce​

1: Start an ironman campaing saving every mounth.
2: Hope for it to crash hard.
3: Try to load the game again and again ultil the map doesn't show anymore.

Right click on victoria3.exe , properties, compatibility. Tick "disable fullScreen optimisations" untick every other box in that dialog, Apply and exit.
Then in the launcher Game Settings menu, select fullScreen display mode, Vsync off, cap refresh rate at 60.

If those don't help:
DXDIAG is a program you run from the Windows search box on the task bar. After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.
IF dxdiag.txt fails to attach here, rename it to dxdiag.log , or zip it up.

Please attach here your Documents/Paradox Interactive/Victoria3/pdx_settings.json .
From your Documents/Paradox Interactive/Victoria3/logs/ folder, attach here system.log , error.log

I will add that locking the FPS in the launcher did not change the config in game, And it crashed again on my first and second trys, But after changing it on the in game settings it worked.
I just find it strange that it never happened before, I have the game since it's release.
