You are miss understanding. It's not that my log in is failing, but rather that I can't get to the log in page at all. When I click ``sign in" at the top of the page, I expect to be taken to a sign in page, or have some sign in prompt pop up. However all that happens is the current page reloads.

edit: By the way, is there a reason all my posts now require moderator approval? I can't imagine what it is I've done that would put me on any sort of warning list. Certainly no one has contacted me about any infractions.
 
What browser are you using? I've tried it on Firefox and Chrome and it works fine. As for you requiring moderator approval that's an odd one as I can see your account is verified and valid. If you get a message like that when you post again can you please screenshot it and send it in a PM to me? I'd like to check the logs.
 
Thanks for verifying that I haven't done something wrong. It's scary seeing something like that when you're new to a forum.

I'm using Chrome. I made a video of it, and put it in a .zip, but I can't seem to upload it to the forums. It goes through the motions, and it looks like it's getting uploaded, but for some reason there is no other indicator that anything happened at all.

edit: Oops. I see that they did indeed upload.

edit2: There. Now there is only one.

I'm sorry to bump this, or other wise draw attention to it again, but I do need to contact support. I can't redeem one of my games, and I'd rather not put the registration number on a public forum.
 
That file can't be opened, even when extracted. I'm not experiencing any issues so I'm pretty sure it's browser related (since you use the same login details as you do on the forum, your account is clearly working). If you could take a screenshot of the error and send that in a PM to me that would be great.

You are referring to paradox.zendesk.com , yes? What exactly goes wrong when you try to log in there?
